Job Description

Gary Thompson Agency is a fast-growing, full-service independent insurance agency looking for an IT Support Specialist. 

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the installation, modification, and maintenance of company computer hardware and software systems. They will also provide technical advice and support to our other departments.

Essential Functions

Office 365 Enterprise administration

Data entry into computer terminal to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements

Analyze computer, network, and software issues and designs solutions

Advise and train other departments on computer related issues

Document new software and changes to existing software.

Security-minded with desire to stay up to date on threats and methods to protect sensitive information.

Requirements 

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT experience. Bachelor's degree required.
